Tia Mowry Hardrict Welcomes A Son
Tia Mowry Hardrict and her hubby Cory Hardrict welcomed a son on Tuesday, June 28th. The couple were married in 2008 and this is their first child together. The little guy weighed in at 8 pounds! Congrats and many blessings.

O.J. Simpson Is NOT Confessing To Oprah
Reports are all over the internet that O.J. Simpson is giving Oprah an interview in which he would finally admit to the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. The National Enquirer reported that Oprah finally got O.J. to admit to the double murder while in jail serving a 9 year sentence. Representatives from Harpo simply stated "that's not true."
I don't think we'll ever find out what happened that night. Whatever O.J. knows, he's taking it with him to his grave.

Columbia Records executives fear Beyoncé's new album, "4," could be a dud after she refused to return to the studio to re-record new tracks, sources say.
"They're very nervous about Beyoncé's new record," an industry insider told us. "It doesn't have the hit songs that her fans are used to. They asked her to make changes, but she said no."
Uh... I'm not sure what album they listened to or what artist they think they are talking about, but Bey AND her album are gonna do just fine. Yes, I'm guilty, I've listened to the leaked version and I LOVE IT!! I am still going first thing in the morning on the 28th to get my copy, I'm a fan and a supporter so it will most def be purchased. Supposedly, they're claiming that because of the predicted "bomb", they're trying to get a Destiny's Child reunion going. Granted, I wouldn't be mad about that, but please believe..... BEY RUNS THE WORLD, or at least the female entertainment world LOL!

Amy Winehouse BOOED Off Stage..Cancels The Rest Of Her Tour
We know that Amy Winehouse has said "no, no, no" to rehab in the past, and it's CLEARLY catching up with her. Recently she performed (or attempted to) in Belgrade, Serbia and appeared to be high on something. Check out the videos below.
Damn Amy!! That's really sad, she could barely stand on her own. Let alone put on a performance. You can hear in the videos that the audience tried to work with her. Eventually, they gave up and booed her off the stage. This is tragic because she is really talented, I loved her "Back to Black" album. I hope she gets better, she needs hugs, not drugs!!

Congrats To The Newly Weds, Mickey "Memphitz" Wright & Antonia "Toya" Carter
This weekend my family traveled to Atlanta to celebrate as my cuzzin, Mickey "Memphitz" Wright married his fiance', Ms. Toya Carter! I was extremely excited because I LOVE anytime my family can get together and it's even greater when it's in celebration of love. Black love is SO BEAUTIFUL :)!
Anywho, in addition to Mickey's family and friends were of course Toya's family and friends. I loved hearing their New Orleans accents as we all mingled in the lobby waiting for the ceremony to begin. The rainy weather in ATL almost forced the couple to change their beautiful outside ceremony to an inside ceremony. However, the rain let up just in time for the bride (that looked STUNNING) to walk down the aisle, outside as planned.
As Toya walked down the aisle, tears came from her eyes. I looked back at my cousin to see tears falling from his as well. The bridal party (which included Tiny, Toya's little sister Beatie, Mickey's sister Candice and Toya's friend Danielle) looked beautiful in their gowns as they walked down to Kelly Price BLOWING "He Proposed To Me." Toya's father walked her down the aisle and her mother told her how beautiful she looked once she made it all the way down. I know people mainly focus on the bride, but I have to point out that my big cuzzin looked mighty freaking dapper as he awaited his bride :)!
The reception was great! I loved their first dance, it wasn't just one song, but a mixture of a few different ones. The only one I can remember was "Hey Mickey" by Toni Basil. It was PURE CUTENESS as the two dance to "hey Mickey you're so fine, you're so fine you blow my mind, hey Mickey", LOL. As we were on the dance floor doing the "Wobble" we looked up to see the bride jump in the middle of us after changing from her gorgeous wedding gown to her gorgeous sparkling reception gown. Both of their daughters spoke and mentioned how much they loved their new step parents. Later in the evening, Lloyd came in and performed "Cupid" for the couple. BTW, that lil Reginae is SOMETHING ELSE. We messed up and asked her to "teach me how to dougie", whewwwwwwww, honey! She went IN, made me feel old as hell, LMAO!!
Atlanta's Hollywood circuit was definitely in the building celebrating with their girl. Kandi tweeted the above pic of herself with the bride, Monica, Rasheeda, Nivea and Lauren London.

I've gotten a few question about how this person or that person was when I met them. I can totally understand those questions cuz I like to know how "celebrities" are in "real life" also LOL. I can honestly say that everybody was really nice. The "nicest celebrity ever" award goes to Mrs. Monica Brown (who is even more beautiful in person). When she and Shannon walked by I asked them to stop cuz I wanted to tell them something. She kinda looked like "what she finna say" LOL, but stopped and listened. I told them "look, I love y'all together", Shannon just started laughing. I guess it's something he keeps hearing LOL. I reminded her of the blog post I wrote about them that she read and responded to on Twitter. In that blog post I mentioned that I was waiting on them to add a little girl to their bunch. She said that everyone was making that request and that they were definitely "practicing." I told her to leave the reception early so they could make it happen LOL.
While Monica was the only person that I actually had a conversation with, I did have a little interaction with Tiny and Tamar. Tamar is exactly what you see on "Braxton Family Values" but she's not as extra as you would think. She's VERY polite and even offered my lil cousin a compliment on her shoes. I over heard her saying "thank you, please, and excuse me" as she spoke to other guests. She was standing next to me on the dance floor as we did the "Wobble" and she is def a character. It's like she's ready to perform at any chance she gets LOL. She was swinging that hair and really WOBBLING, LOL. She was seated next to my Mommy at the reception and my mom mentioned how nice she was.
Tiny and Kandi both seemed very nice as well. Tiny smiled a lot and my mother mentioned that she noticed a humbleness about her and I agree. I've seen people on blogs mention that they think Tiny and Toya had issues but I don't think so. They seem to have a really genuine friendship.
Well..that's about all I have to say. I wish Mickey and Toya nothing but the BEST in their marriage! Oh BTW, maybe I'll be next. I CAUGHT THE BOUQUET, tehehe!!

Man Admits To 1994 Shooting Of Tupac Shakur
Almost 17 years later, a man has admitted to the 1994 shooting of rapper/actor Tupac Shakur. Dexter Issac claims that James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond paid him $2,500 to shoot Tupac inside Manhattan's Quad Studios in November of 1994. Check out what All Hip Hop is reporting below.
Isaac came forward Wednesday (June 15th) with the information on the eve of what would be Tupac's 40th birthday. He confessed to AllHipHop.com, after Jimmy Henchman identified him in a statement, relating to Henchman's indictment for dealing numerous kilos of cocaine.
"I want to apologize to his family [Tupac Shakur] and for the mistake I did for that sucker [Jimmy Henchman]," Dexter Isaac told AllHipHop.com from prison. "I am trying to clean it up to give [Tupac and Biggie's] mothers some closure."
Wow.. if this is true, that's some real live BS. Isn't this the shooting that caused Pac and Biggie to fall out, leading to all of that East Coast/West Coast madness? It's hard for me to believe this Dexter guy's story since he only wanted to "give Pac's family closure" AFTER Jimmy identified him to the police. Had he come forth BEFORE, I might be more willing to believe it. I STILL can not understand how neither Pac or Biggie's killers were ever found. It took a long while for me to know that I’m beautiful. I remember going through this phase when I was younger of wanting to pass by mirrors and not look at them. That was so ridiculous. I’ve learned now that beauty starts from within. If you don't know your worth, if you don't know your value, if you don't know how fantabulous you are -- it's going to be hard for other people to see it. Being appreciative of self, is beauty to me.
What makes me feel really beautiful is when I wake up and my skin is acting right [laughs] and I have a really great workout. When those days come, remember you deserve them because you work so hard.
One my beauty icons is Oprah Winfrey. I love that fact that she's so comfortable with herself. One of my favorite episodes of her show was when she showed millions of people how she woke up in the morning with no makeup on. That was so selfless and revealing. She's very real and genuine and I love that. Halle Berry is one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. Same thing with Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson -- especially as a kid, because they have brown skin like me. I remember looking at magazines and television and seeing someone that looked like me and seeing a piece of myself in them.
What I’ve learned is, take better care of yourself. When you make the decision to do that -- that's a step toward reinvention because you probably need it and in that moment, you deserve it.

Toya Carter's New Orleans Bridal Shower
