Frankie On New Reality Show... "Celebrity Rehab"

All I can say is THANK YOU!! Reports are that Keyshia Cole's mama, Frankie is headed to rehab and we'll be able to watch it on VH1's "Celebrity Rehab." Alicia Keys Confirms Pregnancy

Alicia Keys and Swizz have finally confirmed what everybody has pretty much known for a minute, they are expecting their first child together. The couple is also set to be married later on this year in a private ceremony. Wow, I bet Mashonda is somewhere heated.

Check out this new show on TLC, "Police Women of Memphis." Although I hate to see Memphis always on TV for violent ish, I'm glad to see these women doing the damn thing. I'm particularly excited to see it because I know one of the ladies, Virginia and her family were friends of our family when we were coming up. Reports are that Tiger's wife, Elin is finally going through with a divorce from the billionaire golf star. Brittany Murphy's Husband Found Dead

Yesterday, Simon Mojack (widower of Brittany Murphy) was found dead at his home in Los Angeles. The police received a call from an unknown female around 9:40 p.m. which caused them to go to the home. As of now, they are reporting that the 39 year old died of "natural causes." This is really strange, Brittney was found dead just 5 months ago and now he's gone. They say that when your "soulmate" dies it doesnt take the other person long to go either. RIP to the couple.

I like it, Dondria has such a cute voice and it fits this song well. She performed here in Memphis last night and I hear her performance was a bit boring but her vocals were on point. They said Dondria wasn't pleased with the crowd and walked off the stage immediately after finishing the song, but NOT before she dropped the mic on the stage. Yea, kinda like dude did on "Coming To America" HAAAAAAAAA.. I bet that ish was pure comedy LMAO. See people, I just hate that we all just cant get along. People are still talking about this K.Michelle/Memphitz drama so I figured I'd let y'all see what this is all about for yourselves. This video is of the uncut part of my interview with K.Michelle. I asked her to sing a little bit of my fave song from her "Pain Medicine" album, "Jump Right In." Tia & Tamera Mowry On Wendy Williams

If you guys follow me on Twitter you know I was in LaLa Land last night watching twins, Tia and Tamera Mowry the Wendy Williams Show. I'm an identical twin for those of you that might not know so it was a joy seeing them, I used to watch their show "Sister, Sister" faithfully. I even have the theme song downloaded on my phone as my sister's ringtone LOL. I absolutely LOVED watching the two of them as themselves and not as the characters Tia and Tamera. Yesterday while in the gym I LOOKED (cuz I couldnt hear it) at Wendy's show while working out in the gym and was tickled because while it was on one screen, "The Game" (Tia's hit sitcom) was on the TV right next to it. It was kinda like looking at triplets LOL. Anywho, check out the interview.






OMG, I just love them!! Being a twin is soooooo the ish, people know it too that's why they're paying big bucks just to have us hehehe. I was tripping when they were saying things at the same time, that is SO a twin thing and so unintentional. It's hilarious how people are so excited about twins no matter how old they are LOL.



Anywho, I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO glad that "The Game" is coming back and with the same cast members. You remember a while back I did a post that Pooch Hall (Derwin) wouldn't be returning, but it looks like that's not the case (thank goodness). Wheeeewww, I love it!! I was watchin television the other night when a preview for Jayden's new movie, "The Karate Kid" came on... It just made me smile. K.Michelle..Abused Woman or Woman Scorned?

Sooooo, sometimes this whole blogging thing can be a little confusing. Lots of times when you see things being said and you actually know the REAL deal with the situation, you have to figure out rather to speak on it or just stay the hell out of it. But, since I'm a blogger I have to keep my readers informed as much as possible. For some time now K.Michelle (Hitz Committe Artist) has been going in on the CEO of her company via Twitter, Facebook and any other outlet she could find. Today there was a post about K and Memphitz on a well known BS site that will post any story they get, f**k some proof.. all they need is an email! The post was of K basically making claims that Memphitz beat her. If you've been following my blog then you know that Memphitz is my first cousin, therefore, I know whats really what with this situation. If you follow K.Michelle on Twitter then I'm sure you've seen how she has literally been lighting Memphitz' azz up from time to time. I will admit, sometimes that stuff is HILARIOUS (K is a very funny chick)... However, some things that you say about people go from funny to degrading. The claims that Memphitz beat her are not only false, but also ridiculous. Anybody that pays close attention to things will notice that these claims didn't surface until AFTER I broke the story of Memphitz and his new boo/sexiface Toya Carter.

Around the time that I broke that story I was working with K.Michelle to do an interview with her while she was touring with R.Kelly. It was funny because as I was on the phone with her talking about the interview, I was thinking "she couldn't have seen the story yet" LOL. As we set up the details of the interview, she was the same ole sweet Kim that I've known since we were around 13. After we hung up I remember thinking, I hope she doesn't start any ish when she sees that story. Literally like 10 minutes later she called back and was a TOTALLY different person! She was SCREAMING TO THE TOP of her lungs (you know she has range LOL). Yelling things like "tell your cousin his career is over, f**k him and that b***h, those BET show having mofos can have each other". Sooooo, at this point I realized she'd obviously seen my post LOL.

With that said, lets talk about this incident where she was supposedly beaten. I remember this day vividly because my family was giving Mick (Memphitz) a get together at my sister's house because he hadn't been home in a minute. Needless to say Mick was late (per usual), but he was extremely late this time. When he finally gets there he's looking at me shaking his head and whispering "this mofo is crazy". As I'm trying to figure out what he's talking about, in walks K.Michelle behind him, GRINNING like always. While we all kicked it and laughed and just had family time, she was in the mix doing the same. Mick and I finally had the chance to break away and he mentioned that they'd had an incident at the hotel. They had an argument and she was screaming all loud inside the hotel and he covered her mouth to keep her quiet. Nothing more, nothing less!! When she was at our family dinner she didn't look beaten or wounded to me. K is a rather light complected chick, if she'd been beaten we most definitely would have seen it.

As I stated, I've known K for years, way before she met Memphitz and got her record deal. I've heard how crazy she is but this is a bit much. The day she called me going ballistic I tried to talk to her. I explained to K that trying to RUIN someones career is stupid, especially when you're in the process of trying to BUILD yours. What you put out into the universe usually comes back to you. Plus, nobody else was there and she didn't start with these claims until AFTER he went public with Toya... so at this point she just looks like a woman scorned. Wouldn't you agree? Don't get this post twisted, it isn't meant to take anything away from K as an artist. Her music is STILL bad and I will continue to rep her ish cuz its just that banging. However when you drag someones name through the dirt simply because he didn't want you, you're doing the most. I wish K MUCH success in her career and I seriously hope she gets some help because to do something this ridiculous and to this extreme is kinda.... hell crazy, there is no other word for it LOL. Anywho, y'all make sure to check out her cd "Pain Medicine" when it drops. Hitz Committe Partnaaaaa! ;)

The Dream Remakes Aaliyah's "One In A Million"

In our high school yearbook there was a section where each senior had the opportunity to give a little info about themselves. You know like what you would most likely be doing later in life (mine was a talk show host LOL), what you loved most and your favorite song. My favorite song was (and still is) "One In A Million" by Aaliyah. When I heard that The Dream did a remake of the hit song, I have to admit that I had mixed emotions. Since this is my favorite song and one of Aaliyah's BIGGEST hits, I was concerned that he might not do it justice. Well, I have to say that I was not disappointed. Listen to the song below.

Slaying of Aiyana Jones Caught On Tape?

I'm sure we're all familiar with the reality show "First 48". The camera crew for the show was present Sunday morning when the police raided the Jones home. Check the video below.



I really hope that the cameras caught whatever happened because the stories are extremely different. If what the family is saying is true, the police most definitely need to be held accountable. In actuality, the police need to be held accountable even if their story is true. They should have never raided a home with such force without knowing if there were children and/or innocent people inside.

Aiyana Jones, 7 Year Old Girl Killed By Detroit Police

Yesterday around 12:40 a.m., the Jones family was awakened by the Detroit police, guns and "flash bombs" blazing through their home. Seven year old Aiyana Jones was not only fatally shot in the face/head as she slept on the couch, but also burned by flash bombs thrown into the home by the police. The police had a search warrant and were there looking for an individual that was a suspect in the slaying of a 17 year old high school student murdered last week.

The police are saying that when they entered the home a woman (Aiyana's grandmother) attacked them, this struggle is said to have caused the officers gun to go off and strike Aiyana. According to the family, this struggle never took place. Although the family did admit that the grandmother was moving about the home, they said she was trying to shield Aiyana and put out the fire that covered her little body due to the flash bomb. I'm not sure what was going on with the suspect in question but it doesn't matter, they should not have used such force while children were in the home. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT? These police need to be held accountable for the BS that they do because there is NOTHING that they can say to justify this madness. There is nothing that they can do to comfort this family, their baby is GONE... and all because of the negligence of those that are supposed to "protect" them. SMH.

I'll be sending up prayers for the Jones family, and you all do the same. R.I.P. Aiyana.

Carmelo Anthony & LaLa Snag Reality Show

LaLa and soon to be hubby Carmelo Anthony will be the next celebrity couple to hit VH1's network with a new reality show. The show will follow these two as they plan what I'm sure will be a FABULOUS wedding. We'll get to see everything from the picking of venues, the cake and much more including the bachelorette party. I think this will be a good show and I'm glad its not just a show about their every day lives. Those types of shows seem to ruin relationships, but this sounds like a really good idea. I ABSOLUTELY love wedding shows (especially Platinum Weddings), and I know LaLa is going to have some beautiful wedding ideas. I for one will mos def be tuning in, the show airs September 13th. Meetings At The Round Table 5 -- Cuz I Felt Like Mentioning It

Hey y'all, its been a minute since I did my Round Table segment but I've been HELLA busy. Between moving, school, blogging and just life in general, I haven't had time to really sit down to type one out. In addition to all of that, I honestly haven't had anything that I just really wanted to talk about. This segment isn't JUST for big topics, its just really a segment for me to talk about anything that might be on my mind. You know, like when you get with ya girl and y'all end up talking about anything from nail polish colors to what bar makes the best margaritas. Well, I have a couple of random things I wanna talk about this week so check MORE DISH to see my rant.

I Wanna Go Bald

Sometimes I wish I had the head to go bald, I'm SICK of the damn beauty shop. It's like no 1 stylist can give you everything you're looking for. If they get you in and out (no long wait), they don't give you what you ask for. If they have you feeling like you're beautiful when you leave you end up feeling like "Sleeping Beauty" from being in that mofo for hours. I just don't get it and its extremely damn annoying. UGH!!! Whats a diva to do?

Nothing Azz Skeezer Trolips

Okay, anybody that knows me knows that I DESPISE a nothing azz mother. I know of some females that have babies just because they can and treat the children like they are NOTHING. I see tramps with these babies and they are sharp as a tack and baby walking around looking like a dust bomb that's about to explode at any second, SMH. It's disgusting and I can not understand it for the life of me. Being a mother is a full time job and the MOST important job a woman can have (if you're a real mother). To all the real mothers out there, kudos to you and Happy Belated Mothers Day. To the trolips that just give birth, I hope a donkey finds you and kicks you clean in the poon #thatisall.

You know what's funny to me… The fact that men are quick to holla "women think they know everything".. For instance, when certain ish goes down and we basically know what's up with the situation and y'all SWEAR we don't know what we're talking bout. Let me tell y'all this..
