So, did the Kim's get together and decide to attend this function looking retarded? This is not shocking for this one here tho LOL. Lil Kim can make the most expensive piece of clothing look as tho it came off the rack at Rainbows! However, she does look a lot better than she normally does. So I guess I'll give this look an okay.
