Our "Justice" System AINT SHIT!!

The United States Justice (if that's what you wanna call it) System AINT WORTH A DAMN!!! Former Memphis Police Officer Arthur Sease IV was sentenced Tuesday to life in prison plus a mandatory consecutive 255 years. He was convicted on 44 counts stemming from shakedowns of drug dealers for money, drugs and merchandise to finance his music dreams. Federal prosecutors Steve Parker and Jonathan Skrmetti said Sease was the head of a crime conspiracy who recruited other officers, organized "stangs" (robberies of drug dealers) and decided how proceeds would be distributed.

Granted, what he did was not right in any way! He should have to pay for what he did and no doubt serve some time. However, to give this man life PLUS a mandatory 255 years is RI-DAMN-DICULOUS! What makes me extra HOT about the situation, is that this sentence is coming from the same whack ass system that gave Dale Mardis (a convicted murder) a damn plea deal at the last minute. Dale Mardis was convicted of not only murdering a man, but also dismembering his body and burning his remains. Yet, he gets 15 years for committing such a crime. This should be a lesson to our young black men! You DO NOT want to get involved in the legal system and leave your life in the hands of the law! They look for reasons to lock us up and throw away the damn key!
