Basketball Wives Lost A Few Cast Members
A few days ago Shaunie Oneal spoke to the media about getting rid of three cast members. At the time, it was thought to be just talk, but now it looks to be official. According to TMZ Jennifer Williams, Royce Reed and Kesha Nichols are all out for season 5 of the show.
Honestly, the only person that might be missed at all is Jennifer. Kesha and Royce are both a bit of a bore, I figured they wouldn't last long. So, will the change in the cast keep you from watching?
Check MORE DISH to hear Evelyn talk about her new book and speaking up for Shaunie

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta SUPERTRAILER
They are releasing more and more footage from the upcoming show Love & Hip Hop Atlanata. Take a look at the supertrailer below.
Number one, I've only heard of two of these chicks before this, K.Michelle and Rasheeda. All the other ladies are new to me. While I will most definitely be tuning in, I can't help but to think that from what I've seen....it looks pretty damn scripted. Plus, I've heard some stories about filming and I hear it's as fake as
Fake or not, I'll be tuning in!! Can't wait to see K.Michelle represent Memphis :).

Evelyn Lozada's Letter To Her 7 Year Old Self
While I don't like Evelyn's need to always throw something, I have to admit that I do like the chick. She is always good for a laugh and she seems to be a really good person and loyal friend. Check MORE DISH to read the heartfelt letter that she wrote to her 7 year old self.
Dear Mija,
In exactly twenty-nine years you’re going to find yourself at the middle of a mess that you unwillingly helped to create… You’re going to be the topic of a discussion about women on a national level that won’t be one of your proudest moments. And as large as your life may be at that time, the truth is that you’re going to feel painfully small.
You’ll look through the rearview mirror of your life and see a mountain of mistakes. You’ll realize that although it appears that you’re living out a dream, your seven year old self could never picture this near nightmare at thirty-six. You’ll remember the days when you drowned out the fighting and drama in your own house and the negativity of the women you loved who ultimately shape who you will become. You’ll recall the moments when you sat in front of the television each day after school in search of someone positive and found Oprah and wondered if people like her would ever be a part of your life, or if you’d always have the jaded ones you watched on Jerry Springer.
You’ll make no excuses for your actions, as a matter of fact, you’ll find yourself in tears at the Ah-ha moment Star Jones forces you to have. Beyond what you’ll initially perceive as a malicious attack by Star, lives a hard truth that will shake you to your core. YOU are the little girl, she’s talking about. And it hadn’t dawned on you the effects that your grown-up actions were having on the next generation of little ones who watch negative and abusive moments unfold on television.
It’ll take the moment when you see and hear your future step-daughters pretending to be “you” after watching you behave badly on T.V., that you’ll actually feel real shame. Knowing that the self image they were imitating was the very ‘image of self’ you will so desperately try to escape. In utter embarrassment you’ll find yourself explaining your unacceptable behavior to them, reaching for the imprint of encouragement felt by Star, Oprah, our First Lady Michelle Obama and other positive women of color that have gone before you and that are prayerfully standing behind you…encouraging you…willing you to stand in the space God will so graciously provide for you.” It’ll be the wakeup call you need.
Until now, you’d never put a race, or face or even an age to the eyes that idolize you or see you as an example: be it good or bad. And although, conscious now, you’ll carry the fear of failure with you each second because deep down, you’ll realize that you yourself had never been taught better.
I cannot promise you perfection, Mija. I cannot say that overnight, I’m going to get it right every time. What I will promise you is that I will always remain conscious that little eyes like yours are watching me and because of that, I will try to be better.
Learning To Love You More,
Evelyn
Although I think the ladies of Basketball Wives should have tried changing their ways PRIOR to losing sponsors this season, I do think Evelyn might actually be realizing that acting the fool on national TV ain't the move. Let's hope that we get to see her more laid back on her spin-off show.

This summer, VH1 is bringing a southern-fried tale of struggle, love and temptation to Atlanta, Georgia with an all new season of “Love And Hip Hop.” Premiering June 18 at 8PM, VH1′s docu-soap “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” proves love, music and the game know no boundaries. As the newest installment in the successful “Love And Hip Hop” franchise, “Love And Hip Hop: Atlanta” will feature an all new cast with their eyes on the prize of fortune, fame and family.Among the main characters in this 10-episode series are Stevie J, a three-time Grammy Award-Winning producer who has worked with artists such as Diddy, Jay-Z and Mariah Carey, Stevie’s longtime girlfriend Mimi Faust, and a fiery up-and-coming Latina rapper named Joseline. There’s no shortage of drama with this strong-willed trio. Also featured are Lil Scrappy, best known for his 2006 smash hit, “Money in the Bank,” his girlfriend Erica Dixon, and his mother, a former hustler known as “Momma Dee.” The hometown hero, Atlanta rapper Rasheeda, is still searching for that big hit after years in the hip hop game, but she’s constantly at odds with her manager Kirk Frost – who also happens to be her husband. Rounding out the cast are the talented songbird K Michelle, and Trinidadian R and B singer Karlie Redd.
I'll be watching...not sure for how long tho! It premieres June 18th on Vh1.
