Stacey Dash Confirms Departure From "Single Ladies"

For the past few weeks, rumors have swirled that Stacey Dash was fired from the hit VH1 show "Single Ladies."  At first it was all dismissed as just that, a rumor.  Now Stacey Dash has confirmed that she is in fact leaving the show, but not because she was fired.  Stacey tells The Source that she is leaving the show after just ONE season to be a mother to her children. 

"I truly enjoyed playing Val on 'Single Ladies', but I have decided to leave the show. I have to be back in LA with my children right now and the 'Single Ladies' shooting location makes that impossible," Dash said in a statement. "I wish VH1 the best of luck with the show and in maintaining the strong fan base we developed in season one.”

I hate to see her go... It always changes the show a little bit when a main character is replaced.  Hmmm, I wonder who they'll get to play her role.  Who would you suggest to take on the spot of confused little Valerie?

Single Ladies Season Finale Episode

This ENTIRE SEASON of "Single Ladies" has been the business. This is one of the best scripted shows in a while. I was cooking last night so I missed the beginning of  the episode but thankfully, Yardie posted it and we can all catch up.  Check it out below.



OMG, I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE this show.  The story line is always something that I can see happening in real life.  That Keshia is the realist fictional character ever.  I loved when she told the Feds "I've known him since I met him", LMAO.  That poor Val can't get things right to save her life.  I know one thing, Jerry wouldn't have gotten up and walked off if it were me. I woulda hit him with something like "he drugged me, how did we get here" LOL.  This was most def a GREAT ending to a WONDERFUL first season.  Twitter is talking and they say that Stacey Dash isn't returning for the second season and that they are trying to find someone to replace her.  I want to see the same cast return and see how this all plays out.  Wheww, I'm patiently waiting for next season.  What do y'all think is up with that dang Malcolm?  What do you think of season 1 and will you be watching next season?

Stacey Dash Lied About A Reality Show?

So, Stacey Dash has been making her rounds recently in the media. Last week I posted the radio interview she did with Jamie Foxx talking about how she put out on the first date. After that, everyone was curious about them showing up at the Oscar's together, so of course when she hit up The Wendy Show last week Wendy got the scoop. While there, Stacey also told Wendy about a reality show she had in the works. Check the video.



Okay... so after listening to her on the radio show AND watching her on Wendy, I (along with others) thought she was a little out there LOL. Comes to find out, Stacey might have been counting her eggs before they hatched. Well, Wendy came back on her show the other night and told everybody that Stacey's reality show hasn't really gotten a green light. Take a look!



Ahhhh man, poor Stacey. Personally, I don't think it'll get picked up. Stacey just seems so quiet and reserved (unless prompted). I'm not sure how interesting her show would be.
