Sneak Peek: The Houston Family On Oprah: The Next Chapter

Bobbi Kristina and a few other members of the Houston family spoke with Oprah about the life and death of the great Whitney Houston.  The show will air on the OWN Network this Sunday, check out a clip from the show below.

According to TMZ, Bobbi Kristina stated to friends that "Oprah was loyal to my mom, and never did my mother wrong, or made her look bad. She always looked out for my mom.”



I'm sure Bobbi Kristina felt most comfortable with Oprah because of her mother's last interview with the talk show QUEEN.  During that interview, Oprah asked some of the questions we all wanted to hear the answers to, but she never attacked Whitney (like some interviewers do).  This is why Oprah always gets the exclusives, because people feel safe with her.  I can't wait to see this interview.

Oprah Winfrey Gets The First Interview With Bobbi Kristina

Oprah Winfrey has landed the very first interview with Whitney Houston's only child, Bobbi Kristina.  The talk show queen also spoke with Whitney's brother and sister-in-law.  The interview will air this Sunday, March 11 (9:00 – 10:00 p.m. ET/PT) on the OWN Network as an Oprah's Next Chapter special.

Prior to this special, the network will air Oprah and Whitney's final interview from 2009.  I'll definitely be posted for both shows (even though I've seen the Whitney interview several times).

Oprah Winfrey Announces Her New Show!!!

Oprah had everybody sad a couple of months back when she announced that she was canceling the "Oprah Winfrey Show" in 2011. Of course, I knew that it wouldn't be the last that we saw of Ophry (as I lovingly call her). Although I knew we would still see her doing big things I didn't think she would be doing another show, YAYYYYY!!! Yesterday she announced that she will be going to night time television on her network OWN with a new show called "Oprah's Next Chapter", check the video below.




Good deal!! While we already know she'll have GREAT guests, I'm hoping she'll start talking to different types of guests and not just the ones we're used to seeing on her daytime show. So far we can look forward to seeing Oprah chilling in the projects with JayZ again LOL, and Lady GaGa is also set to be a guest. I love night time television so I'll surely be tuning in.
