I hadn't really commented on the NBA finals because with the Grizz and Celtics out, I wasn't REALLY rooting for any particular team. I like some of the players for both OKC and Miami so I wouldn't have been mad at either team winning. HOWEVER, last night I was anxious to see LeBron, one of the most hated men in the NBA get his ring. I was sick of the "no ring" jokes and was thrilled to see him turn into a super excited little boy after winning his first championship :).
Awww, look at him with the family. Y'all know I love me some Savannah! I've dug these two since I saw them on Oprah YEARS ago. Anywho, just wanted to say CONGRATS TO THE HEAT!! They deserved it!!!
I've always loved these two together and I'm super excited for them to become husband and wife. Lebron James proposed to his longtime girlfriend Savannah Brinson just moments after bringing in 2012.

My girl, she’s really excited. She would love to answer more questions about it than me. But she’s happy, my family’s happy and that’s what it’s all about. . . It should be a surprise. For any woman, any time something like that happens, she was surprised.
It was great that all the friends and family were there to bring in a new year. Even my kids were happy about it, so that’s good. … I feel good. I feel good. It’s a good point in my life right now.
Awwwww... I've always spoken about how much I like them as a couple. Last year at a gathering I got slick attacked because some of the ladies seemed to have a problem with Lebron not asking Savannah to be his wife, only his girlfriend/ "baby mama." Wellllllllll, now they won't have anything else to say about this FABULOUS COUPLE :). Congrats again!!

So anybody that visits my blog knows that I love Lebron and Savannah's relationship. I just love seeing them together. With that said, I'm highly upset about recent blog reports that he was seen kissing R&B artist, Ciara.
UPDATE: Okay, so someone just made my night... I made a mistake and I am happy to say I did. It was not Lebron that tweeted "cheat or be cheated on #thatisall" it was someone that has a name similar to his. My mistake and I'm GLAD that it wasn't him. Now, back to our regularly scheduled program. I'm STILL team Lebron and Savannah. I got roasted on FB today after defending their relationship, but hey..whatever!! LOL More Dish!

On marriage plans, and why a woman with confidence is never impatient:
I’ve definitely not put a fire under his ass I would never rush him to do something like that. We’re really comfortable with the way things are now. And it’s not up to me. When it happens, it happens. We talk about it. If we do it, I want it to be forever. I’m the mother of his children. I’m not a baby mama. There’s a lot more to me than that.
I love the pics, she looks gorgeous and her sons are pure cuteness. She seems to have a good head on her shoulders and is obviously not concerned much about the groupies and gold diggers. I'm sure people might say that she's just saying she's not worried to save face, but honestly, the way she carries herself told me that a long time ago. She always seems so sure of herself and her relationship with Lebron. Then again, the way he treats her (from what we see) really leaves her no room to be concerned. If you were under a rock last night and missed the highly anticipated press conference held by LeBron James to announce what NBA team he'll be playing for next season I'll fill you in. King James will be joining D.Wade and other team mates in Miami!!!
I'm already sick of people talking crazy about his decision, Cleveland fans were actually burning his Cleveland jersey. WHO DOES THAT? This is a grown azz man and he has the right to make the best decision he can for himself and his family, that's it. Although I'm sure he would have loved to please his fans, they simply aren't a priority. During his interview he said he thought about it daily and each day his answer would be something different. Ultimately he chose the Heat and I wish him much luck with the team. I cant wait to see what he and Wade will do together.

Oh BTW, I'm a LeBron fan for many reasons. One reason is that I love seeing him with his high school girlfriend, Savannah.
They make the cutest couple and they have two small sons together. I said that to say this. Groupies LEAVE HIM THE HELL ALONE!! I heard the groupies in Miami are on some other ish. I've never heard about LeBron being involved in any tomfoolery and I don't want it to start now. Preciate it ;).
This story here is extremely ridiculous, SMH. While LeBron James prepares to tell a waiting nation what team he'll be playing for next season, a man claiming to be his biological father is suing his for $4 million. Leicester Bryce Stovell claims to be LeBron's biological father and says that LeBron and his mother Gloria tampered with a DNA test back in 2007 (that LeBron agreed to), fixing it to show that he was NOT the father of the NBA star. TMZ is reporting that in his lawsuit, Stovell is claiming that he met Gloria in a bar in 1984 and had unprotected sex with her that night. After their "consensual sexual relations" he found out Gloria was only 15 (he was 29 at the time) and months later found out she was pregnant. When I first heard this story on the radio last night, the first thing that came to my mind was that this dude was just looking to get paid. Well, he's already paid... or he should be at least. Leicester is a Princeton graduate with a law degree from the University of Chicago. He worked as a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission so he shouldn't be in any desperate need of cash. I guess we'll see how this all turns out. I have one question though, what the hell was Gloria's hot azz doing in anybody's club at 15? Anywho, you can read more about the details here.
Oh, something that I did find strange is the fact that LeBron did name his youngest son "Bryce". Thats Leicester's middle name, whats that all about.
