Prince William Found His Princess!

Yesterday  in London, the engagement of Prince William to his girlfriend Kate Middleton was announced!! William's Grandmama, Queen Elizabeth released this statement:

“The Prince of Wales is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince William to Miss Catherine Middleton. The wedding will take place in the Spring or Summer of 2011, in London. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course.”

So how fly is THIS wedding gonna be, hmph? The couple have been dating for several years and Prince William popped the question last month. I remember pics from his parent's wedding and they were beautiful. Princess Diana looked exactly how you would imagine a PRINCESS would! Prince William gave his soon to be bride the ring that his father gave his mother when they married in 1981.  William stated "It (the ring) is very special to me. “It was my way to make sure my mother did not miss out on today and the excitement that we are going to spend the rest of our lives together.The timing is right now, we are both very, very happy.”

WOWWWWWWWWWWW, this chick is rocking Princess Diana's ring!! He obviously cares a great deal for Ms. Kate to give her one of the family's greatest heir looms.  He could have chosen any ring he wanted, but he wanted her to have that one.  It's beautiful!!! Congrats to the couple.
