I was over at NecoleBitchie.com and saw the pic of The Dream and his new wife Christina Milian. The couple had a couple of ceremonies but this one is from the wedding in Rome. I see why Dream keeps that hat on, he looks like those lil M&M characters w/o it LMAO. But seriously, WTF is going on with the bottom portion of his body? Are those knickerbockers and knee highs? Boy STOP!!
